The Roots Track is a one-year program designed to grow healthy disciples of Jesus and members of His body. If interested, please read through the attached application, fill out this form, and a Roots Track leader will be in touch regarding next steps!

Please read the Roots Track overview (found HERE) before answering the rest of the application questions.

Check all that are true: I have thoroughly read the Roots Track overview. I take seriously God’s call on my life as a disciple of Jesus (Luke 9.23-24, Matthew 28.18-20) and endeavor to grow in believing God’s Word, becoming like Jesus and being lead by the Holy Spirit. I have committed to PGC as my home church (attending regularly, desire to grow). I am willing and able to commit to the full year of the Roots Track. I am available to attend the kick-off dinner and at least 20 of the 25 Wednesday night meetings. I will complete assigned homework to the best of my ability.
